Last night I made the first completely vegetarian meal that I really, really liked! Here's what we had: vegetable samosas and raisin-almond couscous. It was so good I might seriously consider trying some of the Indian restaurants around here

The couscous with almonds and raisins tasted sort of like a hearty cornbread. I think you'll like it - it's an easy but healthy side dish.

I also like the Morningstar and Boca line of products, as well as grilled Portabella mushroom burgers (sans meat).
