Yeah, I was in pretty much the same position last week. I bought the dvd from someone and wanted to share/trade it with others so I ripped the dvd and everything but when I posted it I got bombarded with comments about how I should delete the post asap, the master would be extremely pissed off, yadda yadda yadda.
It kind of pisses me off how elitist some of these broadway traders are -- I mean, why wouldn't you want to share it with others? And considering I paid someone for the dvd I would think that gives me the right to do what I want with it. I hate drama, though, so I just chose to avoid it.
Blah, it's all so aggravating! Off-topic, but I love your icon! :)
