I've uploaded just a few more pics. First up are a few of me (and friends) actually working on the pumpkin(s). Again, the pic links to the pumpkin gallery.
The dart board (and the mini fridge, and the birdseed lamp, and the stuffed dairy fairy cow, and who knows what other stuff) is left over from previous occupants of the office. My understanding of the dartboard is that is was a Christmas present of a student a few years ahead of me in the program. He is still around but in a smaller office and doesn't have room for it so he left it.
You know the Kraft Cheese commercials with the cow with the wings and wand that the kids call the Dairy Fairy? There is one of those in the office. In the photo, the back of it is visible on the desk to the far left. It is the black and white thing with the blue wings and gold crown. I have no explanation for a Dairy Fairy being in my office.
Thanks. I might send my pumpkin around. I hadn't thought about it.
My office is very home-y. As you can tell, the last two shelves of my bookcases are basically food and food supplies because I'm in there so much. My two office mates are rarely in the office so right now, literally, the other two bookcases have nothing on them, one of the desks has nothing on it, and the other desk has two books and a photograph on it. It's a bit weird with most of the office being cavernously empty and then my corner being all full, but I like it.
Food is, after all, the most important thing. ;) I would totally do my office the same way if I were in that situation. It gives sort of a "nest" feel. Very cozy. :D

My feet are up whether I'm working or no. And it was probably yours and Lucie's faults that I wasn't working. You notice Godbeer is sitting on my desk waiting to be finished just as soon as you people leave me alone :p

You remind me of a buddy from back in High School. I miss her. She moved off to California. :(

Love your office. It looks very home-y. As it should be, because I'm sure it feels sometimes like you live there, huh? ;)
Thanks for posting these pics!
