Ah...some of those where things I also considered for my meme so I know what they are :P Saying them would now be cheating (10,17 & 19) but 20 sounds a lot like Queen.

I'm not surprised we considered some of the same ones. There were plenty on yours I liked and could have gotten but I didn't see it until after people had already done them all.

Not Tenth Kingdom, though it is a somewhat similar idea. I've edited to add if things are books, TV shows, or what, which might help a bit.

Yep on both The Monkees and M.A.S.H.

7 is a fantasy series by a well-known author who is not generally known for fantasy, if that helps more.
