Glad you like 'em.

I know he was calling Burkhalter at that point, but I don't remember for sure what the surprise was. Maybe the boat / officer's club Hogan talked him into then Carter talked him out of showing it to Burkhalter? I'm sure whatever it was didn't work out well.
