Like it, like it!! ^^ I'm not vastly familiar with SG-1, but this all seems to fit Jack very well. And I do like how you've fitted an Ancient into Jack's family within living memory, as you did with John in earlier stories. The last bits about his affinity for/understanding of Shep are a bit more within my league, and they definitely strike to the heart of both your own vision of the SGA-verse and the canon characters, as well. So nice! (And so very nice to have a new Brat-fic waiting on my friends' page, too! ^^ )
