Lovely, as always. I think my favorite is number four, because that's just typical of kids to be something impossible (I wanted to be a crew member of the Millinum Falcon when I was four :P) And number three, because even Ronon gets scared ;)

Thanks! I did try to write closer to your original prompt, but Ronon refused to be embarrassed by the really silly, fluffy stuff. (Baby bunnies are cute, and make good eating when they get bigger; Kittens are amusing until they try to climb his dreadlocks, and pink was included in the Satedan army's dress uniforms. Etc.)

*wails* I don't know why light and fluffy is so, so uncooperative. Really, I did try--I even managed it for almost 2/5 of them. Maybe I'll go write some more "Ronon makes balloon animal" ficlets. Those can't help but be warm and fuzzy.

Okay, first things first: that is a totally yummy icon!!! <3 And there is to be no wailing--though yes, there must indeed be more balloon-thing-making Ronon, because it is the cutest thing ever for the man with that face to be making chibi-beasts that wobble and float!! ^^

That was sweet and bittersweet. I really liked #4 just because he must have been a cute little kid and for some reason I can see him sitting at the family dinner table with 'ears' or something and the family gives him the patented 'Ronan raised eyebrow' look and then goes on eating.

I also find #3 cute because that fits in with the Ronan we saw on screen. #5 is heartbreaking - because somewhere out there his old home still exists in his mind.

"Small fuzzy thing" eh? LOL

#4 - Yeah, his family had to put up with him dressing entirely in blue, trying (and failing) to make convincing "ears", refusing to eat with the proper utensils or in the proper location, etc. But at least, his mother pointed out frequently, he ate his vegetables without complaint.

#5 is what has always stuck out to me about him--his entire world is gone. What does that do to a person, even when they find another home? There's another snippet I wrote somewhere that's sort of the flip-side to this one, in which Ronon is certain that Atlantis is going to be destroyed someday and is determined to go down with it and its inhabitants.
