HELP!!! I am in pain!!!!

How u livin?? La vida loca?? BIG pimpin?? i don't even know where to start it has been one heck of a day. i had to get up early and go to the doctor.....that sucked so bad.....anyone who knows why i went knows why it sucked....so after spending about an hour there which was in every way unpleasant i stopped by work to get my medicine but boggs
