I really need to get better about managing my time. Knowing what needs to be done, prioritizing those things, and actually doing the things that need to be done... and not killing myself over it. Tricky

i would encourage you to put more things on the list, actually. include your workouts, but make them discreet entities (e.g. "upper body workout 30mins.", "cardio 45mins.", or however your routine is scheduled)
but most importantly, SCHEDULE YOUR RELAXATION TIME OR IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN
chunk it in discreet blocks just like all your other to-do items, and mix it in liberally. remember, you are a chronic under-estimator! so schedule more relaxation time than you think you need.
you will be far happier and healthier if you learn to take the time you need without feeling guilt, than if you just try to "work harder, faster, smarter" to fit everything in...
This is not a bad idea. I don't know how good I'll be about actually getting to the relaxation... I'm sure if there's one thing I've scheduled that I can't do, that will be it. Anyways, it will be a good reminder to do some of it...
Here's what works for me: I have a small booklet that fits in my pocket. When I realize there's something I want to get done, I write it down in the booklet, but I limit to only one line per item and split up big tasks into smaller components. Every morning when I get up, I write on a small post-it note what I want to get done that day. When I complete an item, I cross it out. The size of the post-it note limits how much I try to get done so I don't get overwhelmed or try to do too much.
Writing things on paper is crucial. It's simple and effective, no matter how many things are on your list. Write everything down you want to accomplish, whether on the post-it note, or in the booklet. It organizes itself because you can't move things around.
I also recommend putting workouts on the list. It's not something I'd put in the booklet, but something I'd put on the post-it note.
