the theater we are going to is in the castro. i don't know what you know about san fran, but the castro is the district best known for being a gay community. wikipedia it. :) so, going to these things there means that it is mostly for adults... so, a sing along little mermaid, there won't be very many kids. you can look up the castro theater and see what all is happening there. we get goody bags at the little mermaid. i'm so excited!

me too. part of me wants to be able to go to this show but then that means i didn't get the apartment that I want so badly

I'm pulling for you on the apartment!

There's always stuff to do here too, it's just we can't do any of it since we have Jonah. :( I don't know how many times we've gotten excited about a show and said, "yeah, but we've got a kid, can't go." Just can't leave a baby sitter until 1 or 2am. Trey is playing with a symphony at the Ryman. Can't go. :( David Byrne and Brian Eno also at the Ryman in the same week. Can't go. :( It's only temporary though. Before we know it, he'll be old enough to stay at friends' houses. And I don't think Nashville is going to stop being Music City any time soon. ;)

aw! i'm sorry! i'll eventually be going through the same thing and it will be once jonah is already old enough to be spending the night out and you'll get to laugh at me sitting at home... :) and thanks for pulling for me on this apartment. if we get it, i'll post all the pics i have of it. it's an amazing place!
