Post it on as many different websites as possible - it adds points
Write reviews- it adds points
The more people that view it the more points she gets
Dont view other entries - it gives them points!
It'll reset itself more than once a day, so you can vote several times a day
Vote from every computer in the house.

I never confirmed this worked, but something you can try is opening the page several times in many different windows, then going through and voting on all of them!
