I live in Florida, and I'm interested, It would depend on the specifics, obviously.

Early in the year might be good, before the big conventions and before it gets super hot.

Early Oct, after Dragoncon and Worldcon are my best times, but before WorldFantasy (not that I go to all, but the potential for any of them is high.) First two weeks of November, after Halloween much the same. June clears up for me occasionally, too.
