Ugh. Construction people. WE had those problems for weeks when the house across the way was knocked down and a new one put up... why 730??? People like to sleep dammit. 10am would be perfect... why so godamned early? Then... when the house was finally finished and the original owners moved back in, their next-door neighbors begin the same bullshit on their back porch. WTF? ugh.
