I'll have to mention Soma to Sarah. She might like that.

If she's anything like me, she probably thinks VS has moved a bit too far toward catering to the teeny boppers and the generally impractical... not to mention a steady decrease in quality.

I received a Soma flyer in the mail and was very impressed by the goods in the store.

We've said almost those exact words.

Sounds like a great weekend, and what a deal on the cookware! Retail therapy can be really awesome sometimes.

Darn...I know what a sweater wrap is (we have no need in Florida) and I know what a cami bra is (which is WONDERFUL for florida in giving the look of a second layer under something low cut, without the bulk and LAYER ( ... )

Trouser slips.

Actually, Macy's didn't have trouser slips, so I compromised and bought a light pair of nude long underpants... sort of cuddle dudz, but a different brand.

They'll work to keep my wool trousers from irritating my skin, anyway. I'd have preferred a lighter, more slip-like material, though.

Thanks for the link to trouser slips, and to cuddle dudz. Amazing. There's a world of clothing of which I had no knowledge.

And why have we no knowledge of trouser slips in Florida? Because we have no wool in Florida. And why have we no wool in florida? Because the bugs ate it all!

We have heavy cotton blend slacks for winter, and we have light 100% cotton slacks for summer. The latter are virtually sheet material...a must for the those languid days...
