Eleven is the best Doctor ever. And the very best slitherer-outerer!! That was EPIC slitherer-outering in The Wedding of River Song. :P

YES! :D That boney aristocratic face of Matt's...the anime version of Howl was a bit too prettified if you ask me, book!Howl sounds much more interesting-looking.

I have a few favorite Doctors but Eleven is right up there, I just can't decide how far for sure.

But River! <3 I'm still wondering if that counted or not, and Ten clearly freaked when she knew his name. Unless of course he was lying to us then too.

But I'm all for shipping Doctor/River, I know, I know, Doctor/Rose shippers will complain--my sister is a big time Doctor/Rose shipper since I've got her hoooked recently now--but...since that plot has been basically resolved, even if everyone isn't happy 100% with it, can ship both as a result.

I feel awful picking one Doctor over the others, LOL! But Eleven has blown me away. Matt Smith is just so convincing playing an ancient character like the Doctor.

Oh River! <3 Eleven knows that he will eventually tell her his name, because she told it to Ten (wibbly wobbly timey wimey!! XD). However, I'm wondering if the significance of his name doesn't signify something else leading into next series ("The question you've been running from all your life. Doctor who?").

Anyhow my shipper heart is glad that the Doctor has started to trust River. Doctor/Rose shippers should try shipping both (I do! :D I was so into Nine/Rose back in the day <3)...really, the notion of one pairing erasing another is daft (hey, I ship Doctor/Susan's grandmother too *g*). Especially a pairing that is out of order time-wise and we know has a definitive end.

Me too, but it's a toss up for me because some of my now top favorites are all the ones from New!Who. Matt does rock, it's always a bit of a getting to know the new Doctor period, but he has been fantastic ( ... )

I really hope there will be a reveal of the Doctor's name - even if we, the audience, don't get to hear it, at least let River in on it (we already know that she knows it at the end of her life). And I hope this whole "question that must never be answered" will be answered (presumably linked in with the Doctor's name) - and EPIC! :-D And also linked with the "fall of the Eleventh ( ... )
