don't worry about the stupid shit. man, today in cop class i got so freakin hurt, and it was just 30 mins of this crap. i had to drive home, and every time i shifted, my arms hurt. i could not shift into reverse without using both of my hands. turns hurt using one hand also, so i had to use 2. pumping soap when i wash my hands - yeah.. that hurts. i can't put my hands straight up in the air, cuz my arms are so fucked right now.

i am not really sure what happened, and if i could go back, i would not know what to do differently, but i know that the result sure sucks now. - see the relevance?
