A co-workers daughter just had twins around midnight Thursday.... I was wondering if one child was born, lets say 11:59pm and the other at 12:01am, would they be considered twins since one was born on the 03/10/05 and the other 03/11/05?

you can see i have nothing else to do right now...lol

my dad has a twin and they were born like that... dad was born at 11:57 pm and my aunt was born 12;03 am. thenext day
