Wow. I got so involved in the story that I temporarily totally forgot that you were killing everyone. :)

The final chapter certainly wasn't a letdown! Wow! This definitely qualifies as an Epic Tale. I love Carter! I love the romping and playing! I loved the entire family unit!

Oh my. What will I do with my life now? I've been anticipating this moment for months! :D

I'm glad you liked it! I would apologize for making you cry, but since I did warn everyone, I refuse! I also cried. Several times. While writing and planning. Including once in the car right before work. I always feel like a particular idiot crying over something I write. *shrugs*

Dude! You're totally allowed to not like it. It's not like you're a troll or something. :) Though it makes me sad that I wasted 14500 words of your time for you to not like it! :( I guess that's a risk we all take when we read. Do you need to vent about what you didn't like? If so, feel free.

I dunno, it wasn't even the OT3 of it, it was the fact that I felt cheated by their deaths. I didn't even realise Daniel was dead until Jack was propping his body up against the tree (it's a well-known fact that I read too fast, so I think I must have missed him jumping), and I think I remember saying that it took a while for Teal'c's death to sink in at all (Sam's death was immediate in my mind because of this: There was a seething heap of bugs on the floor. He stared long enough to be certain he was seeing bloody bone protruding from the pile before he backed out and took himself into orbit.) But maybe that was the point? The futility of it all? I dunno.
