So I was thinking...
In this story, anyway,
Chaka is all about love! Maybe that's why it is not *just* disturbing. He's a sentient being. He wants

Then again if a spaceship landed crewed by blue, green or people with cat ears/tails asking for help in repopulating their species with lots and lots of sex (afterall artificial insemination just won't do!) I suspect a *huge* chunk of our population would take up the gauntlet.

But yeah, that is the C/D story "I like" -- though the other C/D story, no way. The characterization of Chaka in this one is so.... sweet. Plus the awesome job Brenda did with both Chaka's voice and Daniel's voice. And Teal'c's. Heh!

Huh. Kill anything that tries to hurt Daniel. Behave in a remarkably possessive manner about him. Let Daniel make all his soft sounds at him. Hump his hole and turn him into a melted pool of pleasure at every opportunity. By gum, I think you have something here!

The former story was pretty much the author's deranged rape fantasy gone very very wrong and what's more amusing is that I read a review panning it long before I ever came across the story itself, which I read simply based on the wonderfully-descriptive review. Reading the actual story turned out to be a bit like stopping to wander around the train wreck, poking at severed limbs, rather than just rubbernecking like everyone else. The review I wouldn't mind finding again...
