Third, "Tony ordered each one, adding his own choice of Hawaiian, ....." and then "Tony bit into his slice of sausage-and-pepperoni pizza, ....."

Tony ordered a Hawaiian but he's eating... ah, nevermind, I guess they are all sharing several pizzas, my mistake -- unless it's not, which is why I didn't erase this section /laugh.
