Always pleased to find a new chapter of this story. Its my fav :)

Whats interesting for me, as someone with only a superficial knowledge of these comic book characters (aside from Supes and Batman), is that I find myself very open to your reimagining of them for this AU. And I love how you are bringing in so many characters. Your description of the picture of Diana sent a chill up my spine.

And Bruce is getting closer and closer to a self revelation, isn't he? ;)

Thank you, Jeannev! Happy to hear that! :)

I'm very happy that you're enjoying all the characters! And I thought a lot about Diana's description, trying to capture her spirit with her different circumstances.

And Bruce is getting closer and closer to a self revelation, isn't he? ;)

Yes, he is! :)

I really liked this. I like seeing the way you describe all of the characters, especially Steve and the way he sees the picture and the statue of Diana. I can't wait to see what happens next. I am really loving this story.

Wow. I just wanted to scream at Bruce to face that yes, he has fallen hard for his Clark.

A great chapter, a lot of different dynamics at work here.

Will be be since Diana in this?

Thank you, Green Eyes! I enjoy writing a lot of different characters within the context of Clark/Bruce. :)

Diana will be a very important part of the story further on. :)

Love the deeping of the relationships not only between Bruce and clark but of all the characters in the story, they are becoming more and more interesting.

I have loved this story since the first chapter, it is so good...very inspiring.

I'm enjoying bringing in more characters and fleshing out the ones already introduced. :)

I'm kind of wondering how things will change (IF they change) once they find out that Clark wasn't actually born a slave and was born a free person. I can't help but get my hackles raised anytime someone calls him a whore. And I'm already getting danger signals because of Lex's desire to have a Kryptonian bedslave. He'll start thinking of ways to get Clark away from Bruce if Clark's heritage is ever discovered! Well now I'm nervous!

Hmm, I'm not sure if Lex is interested in Kryptonians as bedslaves, though I'm sure he wouldn't turn any down! But he's more interested in controlling Kryptonians because of their powers and how they can be used by the Empire.

Thanks for reading, Machiavellian! :)

I think I misread that or perhaps read into the part where Lex says: “Yes, they’d make magnificent Warriors.” Lex sighed, a smile curving his lips. “Just think of all that power under your command, your very fingertips, in your bed…”

All I could think was "Gasp! No!" And call me Alex. It's much easier to type than machiagesdfhashvflavellian. Trust me, I'm all about enabling laziness all around. I'm the worst! :)

LOL! Yes, it's easy to infer Lex's prurient interest from that comment. I think he's primarily interested in military applications, but I'm sure he wouldn't turn down a chance to sample a Kryptonian!

Okay, Alex! ;)
