I don't normally care for reading such relationships (re: mistress/slave), yet you found a way to make it quite sweet and touching. Hard to do, yet wonderful to read if done right. Good descriptions, especially with the mininal dialogue. Impressive, as always.

Since it's a prequel, it would be best if I read the rest, eh? Off I go.
