Wow, you have hosted a LOT of challenges! Bravo for all you've done for fandom. I agree doing a Wonder Woman challenge next year will be the perfect way to top it off.

I know the feeling - that it's time to go off into the sunset. "Devotion" was probably my last fanzine. Dovya and I had so much fun doing it and we've gotten a good response, but it's harder and harder to sell zines these days, and even if MediaWest hadn't crashed so badly I really can't afford to travel as much now as I used to. And, money aside, it's more difficult for me. So my days as a zine publisher are over. Interestingly enough, I'm now doing a lot more writing, and I'm really enjoying being able to devote so much time to it. {{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}} again and congrats again for all the hard work you've put in over the years.

Thanks, sweets! I'm planning to wrap things up with a Wonder Woman Challenge next year.

I hear ya about zines. Their time is done as the main source of fanfic. It was a great era, though. Nothing like being the proud owner of a stack of zines at a con.

Now that you're free of zine publishing, more time to write! ;)

I guess Media West is still hanging on, though I have to wonder why. Talk about Deadsville! Worse than LJ.

Congratulations! There does seem to be fewer and fewer of us on LJ, so it's always nice to know that someone else is planning to stick around. :-)

Is there a reason you're going to stop doing challenges? You do them so well!

Thank you, but alas, I would love to continue, but participation just isn't what it used to be. My list of previous Challenges not only shows a dwindling number of Challenges, but contributors, too. I might be the only one to submit to this year's Halloweeen Challenge! The tea leaves tell me it's time to retire the Mod Tiara. :)
