I watched it tonight too, and considering I hated all the previous Batman and Superman movies in this continuity I was so surprised to find myself loving this one. And by that I mean I enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed the Avengers 1 movie when I saw it on the theater. D:
It's funny (and somewhat sad) that many of the things I liked are listed as 'bad things' on reviews and vice versa. But I agree with some of yours, for example with what you said about Diana :) or Lex Luthor :(.

Yes, Lex did kill Mercy. He knew that bomb was going to go off. She didn't, I assume, otherwise why stay? She kept looking at his empty seat and knew something was up, I'd bet. She just didn't figure it out fast enough, sadly for her.
