Thank you, Jen! :) I could have mixed it up as Witches come as Marvel characters and the heroes as Harry Potter people, but I stuck with it this way and I think it worked out pretty well! :)

I'm sure Dick enjoys a beer now and again like Roy but he just seems like a Cherry Coke kind of guy to me. ;)

Oooh! Tense! That Malfoy character was lucky Bruce was being diplomatic, and not in the mood to show the Bat. O_O Personally, I'd have stuck that jerk's wand where the sun don't shine. O_o

But at least the other magickal party-goers seemed to be open and willing to build bridges. Ms. McCaffrey seemed pretty sweet.

I love that you have people in corresponding costumes. It actually gives them a little boost in characterization, I think. :)

Now, I'm wondering about that chimera cider.... Hmmm.... ^_~

I think most of the Witches are pretty decent and understand that sometimes they need help, too!

I just realized that Dinah as the Black Widow is perfect, as Natasha was involved with Clint (Hawkeye) way back when, and Ollie is Hawkeye, of course. ;)

Clark sensed Bruce bristle under the tone, and noticed Dick stiffen. His eyes were hidden by white lenses, but Clark could guess at the flash of fire in them. Roy wore a mask with his eyes unhidden, and green fire sparked.

Yeah, you really don't want to be insulting the BatClan...

Again, Devin frowned. “But he is the most powerful non-magickal being on Earth. Surely he finds it draining to save cats from trees and other nonsense.”

“I think he does more than that,” Bruce said dryly.

Yeah, Clark does a lot more! Like... hang out with the BatClan! ;)

Clark followed, and Dick and Roy smirked at each other as they headed to talk to Linda and Barbara.
