"There is one thing that a book will always have over a Kindle or computer or any electronic device. You never have to worry about formatting issues, nor accessing the content. You just open the cover and start reading!"

That's pretty much the same thing my comic book guy told me today.

Good luck with the move.

LOL, your comic book guy speaks wisely! After trying to access a story over on A03, I'm ready to scream! :)

Thank you! I hope to have lots of luck! :)

I really love my kindle in some respects, because I travel a lot and now I don't have to carry ten books with me when I go visit my family in Italy for a week or two. Now I just have a kindle full of books and fanfic ready wherever I want to go and don't even have to decide what I'm likely going to be in the mood for. But honestly, every time I need to look something up or am looking for a certain passage in my favorite book or comic, I'm so glad that I have actual paper copies around and can just skim through them. That's just a hassle with digital copies. (If you're not looking for a specific sentence...)

I think paper books will always have their place.

I hope everything goes well and we'll hear from you again soon!

I love computers and the other gadgets of the 21st century, but I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for books. Books are the easiest things in the world, and part of the fun is being in a bookstore and browsing. :) Electronics ironically connect more people than ever and isolate them at the same time.

Thanks for the well wishes! :)

So true.

Good luck on the move, Brady! I hope everything goes smoothly.

And of course you won't become a social butterfly in an apartment! Goodness, that's just ridiculous. *rolls eyes*

I love my Kindle, honestly, my Kobo Mini even more because it's so small, but yes, sometimes actual paper books are lovely. :D

Thanks, Meya! :)

E-books are better for storage and such, but I'll always love my books best. I was going through some of my childhood books recently and the memories those illustrations bring back! I used to read half-a-dozen books a week as a kid. :)

See, even Diana reads books! ;)
