I wonder if it's possible to synchronize Google Calendar with an Exchange Server account.

Dunno about with an account, but Outlook 2007 supports iCal feeds. It's non-obvious to add them but it does work.

I've looked hard, and the only clean way I've found to do it is to use the Google Sync tool on an BES&Exchange-enabled Blackberry. You can get this by visiting http://google.com/m/ on the Blackberry web browser.

Given that I was setting these things up anyway, it was a no-brainer for me.

Works great on my BB 8830, but it'd sure be nice if there was another good way to do it.
