Awesome pics but I've never been a huge believer in the structural interity of wicker!

Also... don't farmers get upset with all these crazy dotcom kids landing in their crops?

They didn't land there.... just brushed the tops to make it "talk to us". The balloonists are all about low flying and altitude control, I guess that's where a lot of the difficulty lies. Our pilot was bragging he could fly at 6 inches.

Ballooning is fun. markle's parents are balloonists. When I was younger, I used to be in the set up team for them all the time. Go out to a balloonist convention in Boise, Idaho and a hundred balloons would be up in the air and flying by 8 am.

Who'd you fly with? A friend is going to be in town in two weeks, so it might be too short a lead time, but it's worth asking about.
