As a newer member, I've never seen this before and I just decided to check it out. I really like the premise so far, although I'm unhappy about Sam leaving and with Pete (I'm a Sam/Jack shipper) but it's a really good story. I can't wait to see if Jack allows Vala on the team and how Cam fits in.

One thing that you may want to correct though. Vala's last name is spelled 'Doran' not Duran.

Well, i'm glad you're liking it - sorry about the Sam/Pete. It's kinda essential for the story for it to happen this way - I am NOT a Jack/Sam shipper, but I do write it in occasionally to my fic...this just happens to be one where it isn't involved...

Yeah, i always seem to go back and forth on all my spellings of things. Believe me, it drives my beta CRAZY sometimes... XP

You don't have to apologize. It's your story, and since I'm normally turned off by Sam/Pete and I kept reading, that says something for how good your story is. :-)
