Aww, this was really cute. I really liked how because of her synesthesia and Makoto's mum's job, the two are connected to each other and it really showed in those flashbacks, their relationship is being explored pretty well.

Another thing I enjoyed in particular would be her worry about Yuki and, to a smaller extend, Benji. It shows that just because they aren't in the scene and that both she and Makoto have other things to think about at the moment, Chie still hasn't forgotten about them. Good job!
