the second of a series of small entries

My new CASA worker, Ms Diana, wanted me to join this annual CASA drawing contest thinger for all of those in the CASA program. And since I don't have much time to babble and rant and all that loveliness, here it is. The theme is "Home" and it can be a literal or figurative meaning..thing, so I figured, what the hell, and went with the figurative.

Avoid making all your strokes curved in the same direction, specifically outward, it makes the fabric especially look lumpy, and avoid shading just around where you make a line, try to shade more the way you did in the lower left of the bottom woman's dress, shadows can cover large areas.
