It's hard to believe at one point I weighed 198 pounds. I hate looking at old pictures of me. I ask myself one thing "Was this me". Next thing I look is for my lighter. I have finally seen the light regarding smoking and not for the reason one would think. I have noticed everytime I hit the scale during my smoking and noticed to have lost a few pounds.
