Not much story, no. I came across the phrase "royal hussy" in a book by Florence King at some point and took to it. The painting in the background is a portrait that I visit every single time I go to the National Gallery in DC. I love Van Dyck's portraits in general, but this woman has such a sharp, clever expression that I keep coming back to her. The icon above is actually from the same portrait now that I think about it.

So basically I'm a magpie and gather things I like.
