I am truly a moon girl, I just love them.  The name KIndly Moon gave such a wonderful connotation.  Then I read the description:

HA. Same thing with me. Except my throat closes up. Awesome. And I adore moonflor, beeswax, peach blossom, osmanthus, sandalwood, hyacinth, and vanilla. I mean, those are some of my favorite notes EVER. And then, the dastardly stargazer lily. HMPH.

Same here I love every note in that blend. But that dastardly stargazer lily will kill me. I cannot even have it near me. AARRGGHH! Maybe it is better I low on fundage this month.

Me too - I don't actually usually like the Lunacies, as most of them are too floral for me, but there's been a disconcerting trend lately toward ones that did sound promising to me, and I kind of breathed a sigh of relief when this didn't, as I've spent too much on BPAL lately anyway.

For me, it's the gardenia. Nearly choked me in Highwayman. I was really hoping for something milky, maybe with ginger and/or almonds. I am not a big fan of heady florals.

I'm one of the lucky ones where florals are concerned: love 'em and violet is the only one that consistently turns evil on me. My concern is the blue musk. I've learned that white or pale musk can work on me if it's with the right notes, but red and black musks are no-nos. Now I find out which side of the equation blue musk falls in.

Good thing I get birthday money in a couple of weeks to replace the hole in my account.

Florals and NOT my thing, but in the spirit of "I-Have-Ordered-Every-Moon-Since-I-Found-BPAL-On-The-Day-HGM-Deubuted-Why-Should-This-Stop-Me" I orderd it hehe

I'm hoping I get the Beeswax, Vanilla Bean, Peach Blossom, and Sandalwood... gah, that would be an awesome scent by itself.

If it was merely a meh feeling about the scent it would already be ordered. But for me it would be a face itching, throat scratching, sneezing extravaganza! So maybe someday in the dark and cold of winter I will try it. Maybe......
