I've recently rediscovered one of my original favorites, Tezcatlipoca, I love it's bitter chocolate beginning even though I don't really like "food-y" scents, and I love the way that it lingers like smoke on the clothes that you wear with it. Who else has bonded with this one, and what other fragrances do you also love.

The Four Hundred divine rabbits of the Aztec pantheon that preside over parties and drunkenness. Bittersweet Mexican cocoa with rum, red wine, and a scent redolent of sacrificial blood." Which doesn't smell of blood at all, but otherwise that's spot on. On me it has a tobacco scent, too. I like it quite a lot, though the wine can "turn" a bit. It sounds like it might be a good cousin to Tezcatlipoca. :)

My recently rediscovered love is Monster Bait: Underbed. When I first tried this last year, it was too cinnamon-y and harsh, like a big open box of red hots. A friend sent me a half-bottle that had aged gorgeously, though, and smells like cinnamon brioche dough! It's sweet, a little spicy, and stays true on my skin for hours! Love it. :D

I think there's a similar incense in Shub Niggurath, and it really works with the ginger to make Shub one of my all time favorites.
I thought that Freak Show had a similar bitter chocolate start too. Yum!
