Cottage-cheese dumplings

Hungarian cottage-cheese is a bit different from the ones you can buy in the US, but I think any type will do. If you happen to find ricotta that's also fine.

The last morsels of my braided Easter loaf were finished on Monday, and poor kiddos were so disappointed that I had to bake some more :)
So yesterday evening we did some more kneading-braiding-baking. Voilá the result:

My Easter traditions are simple: buy a huge smoked ham, cook said ham, bake a huge sweet bread/milk loaf, then eat and drink A LOT :)

Depends. Breakfast for me can be just about anything. When I feel like I might even down a whole English breakfast, but sometimes just a huge mug of coffee with milk and honey. Or anything in between.
