I don't think it's really a Google page, though, just one that someone has made up to look like Google (check the URL).
I mentioned your comment to my co-worker Zak this afternoon, and we were looking at some of Google's alternate-language options. I remember they had pages for Klingon, Swedish Chef and Pig Latin, but they've been there for quite a while. It doesn't look like they've added any new ones lately.
I actually tried to teach myself Esperanto back when I was about 13. It didn't stick, probably because I had nobody to speak to. But I find languages fascinating, and I probably would have gone into translation had I not become a programmer. (I used to be fluent in French and pretty good in German, but time has stripped my skills away.)
