I am so sorry about Harley. I am in the middle of dealing with health issues of my 15-year old baby, and I know that even if the outcome is perfect and I get another five years with him, it won't be enough. And I'm sorry to hear that you are being told to lie around at the very moment you want/need to be keeping busy. Looks like she had a nice setup there in that pic, so she could sit on the back of the sofa and hang out with you and look out the window.
Oh, God, I am actually crying here. She looks exactly like my Anna. I am sorry your body is acting up like this, but you know how it is, pain and stress always have a way of showing themselves. Take the time you need to mourn and to heal yourself.
