Not my icon but I know where the image is from - Closer by the band Nine Inch Nails. Quite a trippy video, with lots of s and m and pretty out there imagery, though it bizarre enough to fit with the song's overall seedy feel. You can find the video clip at youtube.com, both edited and unedited versions with the unedited version where the image of the icon is from. Hope this helps ;)
