It's hard to tell what they're doing at first, but it seems they're in the middle of rehearsing a scene from the final act of The Courier from Hell, Ukon playing out Chubei's movements with expert

It's a love-suicide play, based on true events. Probably rather loosely based, to be honest.

...My family have been a troupe of performers for generations. Grandfather is considered a living national treasure so... I can't afford to fall out of practice. It's embarrassing it turned on though...
