I was hoping the ghosts would have kept their numbers thin. But some things are too much to hope around here.

Well, I haven't seen ghosts for a while, but... There are plenty of other monsters out and about, though.

No, the ghosts are gone. But their arrival had made the monsters flee from the city. I was hoping that particular effect would remain permanent.

I have seen and fought a few of the monsters lately, so yes.
