I know when it didn't start. I wish I knew when it started though. I've been drinking a lot and usually it doesn't bother me (maybe it might bother people because I keep falling asleep on them). I told myself that it's fine as long as the only one super affected is me

That exercise taught me to say no and to not give a shit when people were teasing me for not drinking. It also taught me that real friends will support you and not bring you down when you're trying to do something good for yourself.
So find out what your trigger is, then find out how you can deal with it. :)
I'm proud to say that I haven't drank to oblivion since August, and I'm pretty happy.
