In Search of Strawberries...

We, being inquisitive, naturally curious animals look for inspiration. It helps us set our goals, it gives us a reason to get up in the morning and well, it keeps us busy. As such, and being extremely lost in life, I've been toying with the idea of chronicling something. I think we've all toyed with the idea, and none of us know where to begin

Christi and Lance have started a garden in the back of my house on part of my gigantic lawn. They're growing all the fixings for salsa - tomotoes, peppers, etc. :)

That's my plan for next year, grow more variety of stuff to make things like salsa. The only down side here is I'm going to have to stick with container plants. The ground here is good, and we have plenty of sunshine, but we have lots of pests. Ground hogs, chipmunks, squirrels and rabbits. And since I don't intend to kill them, I'll adjust to something that isn't easy for them to crawl around in and eat the roots of.
