Totally the essence of the Doctor and Rose. They give each other all they have, all that's best in them. I love that you kept that strong thread running through the whole tale.

Aw, thank you so much!! They have such an incredible friendship and I didn't want to lose that despite having it be nothing about time travel, or aliens, or... English things in general.

I love AUs, I really, really do, and this one did not disappoint. I think my favorite bits were the opening scene with Rose's devil-may-care attitude and the slow reveal of what happened to make her another hunter. You could really sense how difficult the ordeal was and the strength of the bond that had grown between them :)
