That wallpaper is perfect. You used probably my favorite Ten/Rose picture above the TARDIS, not to mention the outlining of said TARDIS and the mini pictures everywhere as well as the upside-down picture of Rose at the top, and the textures and text and it's just perfect. PERFECT. Plus the icons rock: 1 and 3 are supremely awesome and major love for the picture you used for all five Billie icons. Plus the Billie headers are too lovely for words.

I'm fangirling, honest, but the sugar hasn't kicked in yet. *g* Snagging everything with credit going to you, because you are clearly awesome and rule the Who fandom world.
