Yow... well, I know it's shit, but 'cold-turkey' is really the only way to go. Maybe get a punching bag and paint the name of the company who sells your poison of choice (such as 'Marlboro'). ;) After all, it's their fault you're addicted, bastards. All that crap they add into the tobacco mix. That's one reason I think that if you're gonna smoke, smoke 'pure tobacco', not that noxious crap put out by the tobacco companies. A little weed might help. ;)
