Aha! One of the very few Bowie movies I've never seen, that's why I didn't recognize it. No worries! :)

Sorry, forgot to add that. Yes it was from Busted, where he sows his own pocket frill, which I found hysterical.

Yep, that's where it's from. Mr. Bowie was a ganster in the film. Here's a few clips from the film:

BTW, can anyone that's from the UK please tell me what Goldie said to Mr. Bowie at 2:02? He said something to him in British English, and I just can't comprehend it.
