I love assertive Reid. There's not enough fics featuring Reid that way. He more than deserves that.

I didn't even think about Heaven/Hell scenario until you mentioned it. Probably because I'm kind of atheist as well? (I'm a passive buddist) But I can see it now, and yes, it sucks if they suggested that Emily was going to hell. For me when I watched that scene, I felt it was more about Emily's state of mind at that moment. Reid felt more at peace with his death somehow. I don't know. As for Hotch, I took it from his quote at the end of the episode where Foyet was waiting for him in his place, when he said, "Sometimes the day just ends."

I know I haven't commented on your Hotch/Reid series, but I LOVE it. It's one of a few good ones I've read in a long time. I hope to see more of it soon. There's not enough well-written Hotch/Reid fics in the world.

Beautiful and aching and just ... precise. There are few in the fandom that can convey the preciseness of the Hotch/Reid relationship and distill it to the perfection that you do.

Aww, you. It means a lot to me coming from someone who wrote T&T. These two, the way they're created, they just make me a better writer.

Like I said to spinner33, I didn't even think about Heaven/Hell scenario until she/he mentioned it. When I watched that scene, I felt it was more about Prentiss's state of mind at that moment. I think Reid felt more at peace with his death, because he got to confess his sin and all that, while Prentiss was still living the lie. As for Hotch, I took it from his quote at the end of the episode where Foyet was waiting for him in his place, when he said, "Sometimes the day just ends." I always thought that was neat.

Reid is an atheist, he states it very plainly in the episode, and the reason he never talked about his experiance is that he hasn't come to terms with what he saw and can't explain it.

Haha, finally someone mentioned the porn. Thank you! It was tricky writing porn without making it too porny. More importantly, I'm glad it didn't seem too sappy, what was I was afraid of too. :)
