That panda is hella cute, :3 As far as pricing goes, I'd make sure the first cover the price of fabric and then estimate how many hours you work on it. Make sure you're not cheating yourself of minimum wage.
If you're planning on launching these into the TLK fandom (I bet a lot of people on lilymud would adore one), you might want to do some practice felines? Spotted animals (like clouded leopards) are pretty, but I can see the spots being an issue. A monotone-ish cat like a cougar or a lion might be easier. As far as other animals, like I said in my last post, sugar gliders are adorable. Lemurs would undoubtedly be popular as would raccoons and red pandas. Seals are full of cute and their body shape isn't so bad. OMG WHALE PLUSH.

AAAH it would be like a pillow. OOOR UMMM! omfg this is too fun. So many things I would love to have in plushie form. Red river hog! With long hair for eyebrows! Or one of those tamarins with the moustaches! A BAT. A fruit bat! Flying fox! Really long weasels you can use as a neck pillow XD! LOL I DON'T KNOW! SO MANY THINGS.
