Docs that haven't been kept up-to-date. The bane of my life >.

It strikes me that "wanting to get these docs not shit" and "trying to find out how a module really works" may give me the motivation I need to actually contribute to open source.

(Bad documentation is very easy to write. Bad documentation that looks like it could be good is also very easy to write... :)
